I come from a long line of Realtors that includes my great-grandfather, grandmother, father, and mother. My father, Gary L. Coles, CRS, GRI, and mother, Deborah A. Coles, M.Ed., GRI, opened New Pennsylvania Realty, Inc. over 35 years ago. From a young age, I have been exposed to the industry of real estate and have a thorough understanding of this industry. This extensive background gives me an advantage over the competition and drives me to continue in the family legacy.

I am a student at the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, and will graduate in the spring of 2009. Over the course of my time at Penn State, I have earned my real estate license and e-PRO certification. I have also taken courses in real estate and marketing. These courses have helped me to further understand this ever changing industry that can affect many peoples’ lives. The marketing courses have helped me to develop new ways to market a property and increase sales for both buyers and sellers.

I am also furthering my real estate education. I plan to earn my real estate broker’s license, become a Certified Residential Specialist, and also a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute.

I also am a member of the Schuylkill County Board of REALTORS, Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.

As a member of the real estate family dynasty, I have a superior, unique, and in-depth understanding of many geographic areas in the state.  We have sold many farms, industrial, and commercial properties throughout central, southern and eastern Pennsylvania. Not only is New Pennsylvania Realty licensed in Pennsylvania but also in New Jersey. With my real estate legacy and my continuing knowledge in the field of real estate, I have become a seasoned real estate professional at a very young age.
